No physical products are shipped. Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. Payment Plans and Access

Some products may be offered under a payment plan with multiple installments. If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to process the payment again. Access to the relevant content may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. FrenchTricks is not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank-side restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid for the duration of your payment plan.

4. Refunds and Access Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, access to all associated purchased content will be immediately revoked. Continued access to course materials is conditional on the purchase remaining valid and non-refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on frenchtricks.com, including but not limited to text, audio files, video content, graphics, course materials, lesson structures, and downloadable resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of FrenchTricks and is protected by applicable international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share any content without prior written permission from FrenchTricks.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our products solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to share login credentials, course access links, or downloadable materials with any third party. You agree not to record, screen-capture, or reproduce course content in any format, including through the use of AI tools or automated systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Conduct and Respect Policy

FrenchTricks reserves the right to permanently block access — and to issue a refund only if the request falls within the active 30-day guarantee window — to any customer who engages in disrespectful behavior, offensive language, defamatory statements, or conduct that affects the community, our reputation, or the proper delivery of our programs. This policy applies to interactions within our platforms, communications directed to our support team, and actions taken in public spaces or on any medium where false accusations or content intentionally damaging to our brand, customers, or collaborators are published. We value a healthy community based on mutual respect, honesty, and good faith.

8. Chargeback Policy

If you have a concern about your purchase, we ask that you contact our support team at support@frenchtricks.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with our support team may result in permanent account termination and may be contested with evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions at the time of purchase.
